The duration of the service depends on the size of the area to be cleaned and the extent of the cleaning required. However, most services take between 45 minutes to 3 hours to complete.

We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can just give us a text, call, or email. Any reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $35 fee, to be paid on the cancellation date or on the date of your rescheduled appointment.

We recommend that you remove any fragile or valuable items from the area to be cleaned and move any small furniture out of the way. Our technicians will work around the other furniture. Also, give your carpets a vacuuming before our technicians arrive. If you can't do the vacuuming, don't worry, we can help with that, but there is an additional charge depending on the size of your home.

We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, and all major credit cards.
